How to export your Telegram chat

Follow these steps, then drop the exported file on the Who Texts First home page.

1. Open the chat you want to analyze (Telegram Desktop works best for this). (A Telegram chat open)
2. Tap the chat name (or the ⋮ menu) at the top. (Opening the chat menu)
3. Tap Export Chat History. (The Export Chat History option)
4. Under "Format," choose JSON — and turn off photos/videos, we only need the text. (Choosing JSON format)
5. Save the exported file, then come back here and drop it in. (Saving the exported file)
